NTCIP 1301 will define the message sets for center-to-center data exchanges involving weather data.

April 2002 -- A draft is not yet available for public review. A WG draft for committee members is in the private Committee Work Area. The ESS WG proposed changing the document title to "Center-to-Center Interface Specification for Environmental Data" to reflect the v02 additional content.

June 2005 - Agreed at June 2, 2005 CLARUS Program Meeting that NTCIP 1301 will not be developed.
